Fourteen of the private companies which run Britain's passenger trains received over 280,000 tweets about delays during 2014. More than 62,000 were about overcrowding and 70,000 had to with the cancelling of scheduled trains. The BBC quoted the figures from a study by the consumer body Commute Londo
