TMH has signed a contract for 250 Model 13-9744-06 flat cars for tank containers and high-capacity containers to be shipped to VTG Rail Russia, which offers rolling stock leasing services on the Russian market. First shipments will start in the fourth quarter of 2021, the final batch will be delivered early in 2022. TMH started working with VTG Rail Russia in 2019.
