Siemens is planning to acquire Aimsun SL, a software company headquartered in Barcelona, Spain in its bid to become a fully integrated provider of intermodal door-to-door travel solutions. The two parties have agreed not to disclose financial details of the deal. The closing is expected in April 2018.
