Kirill Lipa, TMH CEO, has appointed Joerg Ernst Chief Executive Officer of the Group’s international subsidiary, TMH International, as of 1 March 2022. Joerg Ernst will be based in Zug (Switzerland), headquarter of the company. Since March 2020, Kirill Lipa was acting CEO of TMH International in addition to his role of CEO of the TMH Group.
