ITALIAN RED ARROW DEBUTS

Though Freccia Rossa (the Red Arrow), Italy's new high-speed train, has made its debut run from Milan to Rome, public service is not expected to begin until mid-December. Travel time between the two cities will be reduced from four hours to three, with Florence-Bologna down from an hour to 35 minute
