CZECH SPEED-UP

Czeske Dráhy (CD the Czech Republic state railway) aims to raise speeds on main lines from 160km/h to 200km/h. The main limitation is the number of level crossings and there is a need to upgrade signalling. A pilot project is to be implemented on the 77km Brno-Prerov section of the Brno-Ostrava lin
