BRITISH RAIL HEADED FOR FINANCIAL CRISIS?

According to a report in The Guardian (London), the government-owned British railway infrastructure company Network Rail is 'on the brink of financial crisis'. It quotes the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) predicting that Network Rail will be in debt approaching 50 billion by the end of the decade.
